Monthly Hosting on dedicated super fats servers, with dedicated IP address (Which Google Loves) is normally $67 a Month, if you allow me to still use this as a demo site I will drop it to $47 a month.

I will set it up with about 5 categories, and I have added 4 to 6 YouTube channels on each category. (You should have a list for me to add to the Niche HubSite)

We can add affiliate links at the top or bottom of each post. I can spin the post content of each added content on the post I can spin the text, therefore you can spin ads as well. (You will need to supply those to me as well.)

I will be posting on this site about everyday to keep interest and Google looking into it. I will also promote each post through link processors to serve your new posts to the search engines to help drive traffic to your Niche Hubsite.
